Eric.ai integrates with your Microsoft organization account. It does not work with personal Microsoft accounts.

If you are a member of a Microsoft organization account you will require admin-level approval to authenticate Eric.ai. If your account does not have this level of privileges you need to contact an organization admin to approve the Eric.ai app.
